Greensboro, NC Floater Job Description

As a Floater with The Fresh Market you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while demonstrating a high level of integrity in the proper handling of store products. The Floater will demonstrate an overall knowledge of programs and operations within their assigned department.
The Fresh Market Floater will be responsible for making our unique experience come alive in an atmosphere that fosters genuine camaraderie and a heartfelt sense of belonging.

The Fresh Market requires basic math skills for the Floater. Candidates should be highly motivated with a sense of urgency and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment at all times with all levels of employees. Demonstrated excellent people skills are required for all positions within The Fresh Market. The job requires standing, walking, bending, climbing throughout the entire work day and the ability to lift, stack and maneuver objects. Weekend, evening and holiday work will be required in the position. Minimum age for employment is 18.
