As a Customer Service Specialist, you will begin with a 5-month PAID training program in Houston, TX. You will be responsible to provide high-level customer support at the automotive dealership location. You will also function as a consultant, providing excellent support for our products and ensuring that customers are using their purchased software to the fullest potential. Ultimately, you will work remotely from your own home office.

NJ Entry Level Customer Service Job Qualification:
To qualify, you should hold a Bachelor’s degree and have great customer service and relationship-building skills. Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not necessary. Excellent time-management and organizational skills will assure success in this role. Importantly, you must be able to travel between 15% and 30% of the time, overnight, depending upon assigned territory.

As our Entry Level Sales Associates, you will participate in a 14-18 month training program that will give you opportunities to shadow experienced Account Managers and other field specialists as they call on dealerships. In addition, you will visit our headquarters in Dayton, OH for classroom training at our award-winning Reynolds University. Training will include customer service, dealership operations, in-depth product training, and sales techniques—everything you need to qualify for a career as an Account Manager. Once an Account Manager, you will be relocated to your own territory, where you will be responsible for selling our products and services to new and existing customers, achieving designated monthly and annual quotas, prospecting and lead generation, product demonstrations and more.
